Snow Plows and Salt Spreaders are systems utilizing mechanical and chemical operating principles; designed to be mounted on existing agency vehicles, they aim to eliminate and prevent transportation network issues caused by adverse weather conditions, ensuring uninterrupted service on roadways.
Snow plow and salt spreader equipment is manufactured in compliance with the Highway Traffic Law and AITM (Vehicle Manufacturing, Modification, and Assembly) regulations, and is delivered with TSE-approved superstructure certification.
GENERAL FEATURES
• The plow blade body is structurally designed to resist bending, while a spring mechanism allows it to clear obstacles encountered during operation. A coil spring system ensures the blade can ride over road surface obstacles and automatically return to its working position.
• The system is manufactured to retain its elasticity and remain fully functional even in low ambient temperatures.
• The plow blade features longitudinal flexibility to adapt to the angle of the road surface.
• The contact angle between the snow plow`s scraper edge and the ground surface is adjustable.
• The snow plow is designed to operate effectively at vehicle speeds ranging from 0 to 60 km/h.
• A mounting system connecting the plow blade body to the vehicle facilitates the connection while enabling the blade to move up and down, as well as angle to the left and right.
• Snow plowing attachments are designed and manufactured with technical specifications suitable for heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks, loaders, and tractors.
• Salt spreaders are manufactured with capacities matched to the host vehicle.
• A hydraulic motor-driven crushing system is located at the salt hopper outlet to break up the salt and ensure uniform flow.
• The system enables uniform salt spreading across widths ranging from 2 to 12 meters.
• The salt distribution rate is automatically controlled, allowing for the adjustment of spreading density.
• LED lighting provides warning signals and illumination to ensure traffic safety.
• The salt spreader unit can be placed on support legs when not in use.
