Sand Density Cone Test Set
Sand density cone test sets are used to determine the in-situ density of fine grained compacted soil.
The test procedure consists in digging a hole into the ground and then collect, dry and weight the sampled soil. The hole is than filled with dry sand from the cone container.

12" Sand Density Cone Set is supplied with;
• Sand Cone Assembly with valve,

• 15 lt capacity Metal Sand Jar.
Calibration Conteiner:
It is used for determining in place density of compacted base courses containing large sizes of coarse aggregates. Calibration conteiner should be ordered separately.
