Roley Tank
Roley Tanks are self-heating units with capacities ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 liters, designed for bitumen transfer. The tank body is constructed by welding certified steel sheets and undergoes 100% inspection testing during assembly.
The tank body is clad in galvanized steel, aluminum, or—optionally—stainless steel. Insulation is provided by 50 mm of rock wool, which enhances energy efficiency while ensuring occupational safety against external factors.
A fully automatic burner maintains the product at optimal temperatures through precise temperature control. An asphalt transfer pump enables loading and unloading to be completed in approximately one hour.
