The surface cleanliness of aggregates used in surface coatings affects the quality of the coating. Clay particles within the coating absorb water; therefore, clean aggregates must be used in the coating material. The specifications for aggregates used in surface coating materials are defined by European standards.
The mobile aggregate washing machine consists of an aggregate loading silo, screen feed and truck loading conveyors, a washing screen, clean and dirty water tanks, pumps, and filters.

Extended wear life thanks to standard Hardox liners on wear surfaces.
Complete with a control panel for direct generator connection, or wired to a main system control panel.
The aggregate washing machine is operated via a single control panel. The system can be powered directly from the main plant or a generator.
