Combined Surface Dressing Vehicle
The Combi Surface Coating Vehicle is a hybrid unit capable of simultaneously spreading bituminous material and aggregate.
This advantage allows a single Combi Surface Coating Vehicle to perform paving operations that would otherwise require two separate vehicles. The applied bitumen and aggregate materials form a high-quality bond within one second. Superior paving quality results in safer, longer-lasting road construction.
Using less manpower and fewer vehicles enhances environmental protection and energy efficiency.
The operator manages all necessary settings during the paving process via a touchscreen and controls located in the driver`s cabin. All spraying and cleaning operations are controlled from the cabin.
The high-standard insulated bitumen tank has a capacity ranging from 6,000 to 9,000 liters. The burner system heats the entire bitumen line using a hot oil heating system. The aggregate hopper has a 10 m³ capacity and is designed to ensure uniform spreading.
A bitumen spray gun and a rear-view camera can be added as optional features.
